We provide telephone-based flight and travel assistance and consultation. This includes:
While we use our expertise to assist you, we cannot guarantee a specific result (e.g., a refund or a seat change). Airlines have final discretion. Our role is to provide you with accurate information and advocate on your behalf where possible.
Initial phone consultation is free for up to 10 minutes. For complex cases requiring extended time or direct intervention with airlines, we will inform you of any service fee before proceeding. You are never obligated to proceed with a paid service.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information about your booking. We are not liable for any loss arising from incorrect information you supply.
T&T Billing Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights, accommodation costs, or loss of enjoyment. Our total liability is limited to the amount of any fee you have paid us for the specific consultation.
